Auron Event Productions is a Kochi-based event management and production company delivering end-to-end planning, technical execution, branding and infrastructure for corporate, institutional and brand events.

What types of corporate events does Auron manage?
We plan and execute MICE events, conferences, corporate meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), board meetings, employee engagement events, branch inaugurations and institutional events, along with product launches, brand activations, award functions and promotional events.
Do you provide complete event production?
Yes. Auron works across the full lifecycle of an event — planning and design, vendor and infrastructure coordination, technical setup, live execution and dismantling — with a single point of accountability throughout.
Do you handle MICE events in Kochi and Kerala?
Yes. MICE — meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions — is one of our core areas. We handle planning, staging, audio-visual production, branding and on-ground coordination.
Do you manage marathons and sports events?
Yes. We support marathons and sports events with event management, start and finish production, ceremony stages, sound, branding, infrastructure and on-ground coordination. The scope is agreed with each organiser.
Do you provide stage, LED, sound and lighting?
Yes. Stage production, sound and lighting, audio-visual production and LED and display solutions are part of our technical production capability, together with event branding, infrastructure and fabrication.
Do you execute events outside Kerala?
Yes. We are based in Kochi, Kerala and work Pan-India. Share the city and venue in your enquiry and we will plan the project accordingly.
